Noelle Duquette was born in Cleveland, Ohio and grew up in Nashville Tennessee. She has been a working photographer in New York City since 2015. Duquette received her Certification in Documentary Practice and Visual Journalism at the International Center of Photography (2023) in New York City and a BA in Liberal Arts and Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University(2015).
